Buyers & Sellers

1. All sellers must complete and submit a website form which must be completed in its entirety. No partially completed forms will be accepted.
2. All sellers must agree to the terms & conditions of the use of this website.
3. All information and photographs must not be offensive in nature nor contain any misleading information.
4. All sellers must ensure they have the legal right to sell the vehicle that is being advertised and that you have express permission from the photographer for the display of any photographs that are not your own.
5. Canberra CARFAIR reserves the right to withdraw or not publish any advertisement for whatever reason. This can be done without prior consent or approval.
6. Canberra CARFAIR is not bound to publish any submitted material.
7. All material published on this website is subject to approval by the Canberra CARFAIR website operations manager.
8. Refund will not be given after the advertisement has been approved for display on the website.
9. Whilst every endeavour to maintain accuracy when transferring your advertisement onto the website, Canberra CARFAIR will not be responsible for any misplacement, omissions or typographical errors. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem so we can rectify these immediately.
